  • Clue #1:  Each of those little pink balls is about 80 µm in diameter.
  • Clue #2:  These objects appeared in the last 24 hours.
  • Clue #3:  Color matters!

    Sea star “toes” on their tube feet?

    The color makes me want to say it has to do with the urchins, though.

      Think more slimy. Much slimier than either stars or urchins.
